Nice stay for friend groups. Very close to ocean, restaurant and shops. Very nice terrace with pool, could water in winter. Budget type rooms with view to ocean, fridge and comfortable beds. Staff was friendly.
Having read the reviews, I was dreading arriving at Igoudar. We needn't have worried. We arrived very early due to public transport but were allowed to stay in the hotel until the room was ready. The staff were very helpful and checked us in early. We were given rooms 921 and 922 which were both very clean and had very comfortable beds which is all I had hoped for. The room decor is old and basic but you get what you pay for! We slept with the windows open and heard no noise at all. If you want a 5 star hotel experience then there are plenty of 5* hotels nearby. We didn't use the hotel pool as it didn't look too appealing. We had family staying at the Tagadirt, which is the sister hotel a few minutes away so used this pool instead which is much cleaner and looks nicer. All in all we had a lovely few days stay at Igoudar. All of the staff we encountered were warm, friendly and welcoming. If you want a basic, clean, comfortable room which is just a 10 minute walk from the beach, this is the place for you. If you are expecting luxury for budget prices, go elsewhere.

Clean rooms with a plenty of space. Good location, friendly staff, stylish architecture. I do not like "marriott" style hotels, and this one definitely is not of that kind. It is just "the biggest bang per buck" one.
nice friendly staff, worth staying if you just want a bed to sleep in. the pool area is basic and nowhere to get a drink but shops are local and its about 10 minute walk to the beach. would be better if had more facilities

I enjoyed my stay here a lot. If you're not a picky person that inspects every corner and crevice for dust and freaks out when they see a bug here and there, then you will love this place. It's quiet, nicely decorated with a lovely view of the sea. The garden is beautiful, thousands of birds live in each tree so be prepared for them to wake you up early with loud singing! All of the staff and cleaners are lovely and will go out of their way to help you.Very low cost for a family of 5 and in a perfect location close to the beach.

I have returned to Igoudar for repeat visits over the years but unfortunately won't be back again. There's so much to love about Igoudar. I love the situation, I love the spacious accommodation, its safe and secure and the staff are lovely. However in the outside apartments and on upper levels there is a problem with noise from a nightclub called Wine Wine on the street outside. Dance music can go on till the early hours and I could not sleep through it. On my booking form I asked for a quiet apartment but I don't think requests are heeded. In the end I moved apartment four times in 6 days. I finally left igoudar a day early because they placed college students in apartments around us and once again we were woken at 3 am with noise and high jinks. There seems to be a big gap in customer care. Nobody in a managerial position checks in with the guests or make it their business to see that problems are resolved. I go on holiday for peace and quiet, not noise and hassle. It could be a lot better with just a little more care and supervision.

Strnge accomodtion. Great location. Swimming pool in the yard. When you check an additional fee is charged. Inconvenient layout of the apartment. It was found in bed someone a dirty comb. The room has a lot of ants. Stove-top did not work properly.
Nottingham
Went here with a friend and it was absolutely brilliant. Bearing in mind we paid close to nothing for this place. The people here are elderly and don't moan about anything and all local shops are nearby. The beach is within walking distance. We hired out mopeds and the hotel security looked after them all nigjt for a small fee. Will Deffo go back again

Unexpencive stay in simple and quite pretty complex. We only wanted to stay over night for which we can recommend igoudar. For a longer stay it would be a little poor. Toilet didnt flush and water was rather cold. However we were satisfied.
Residence igoudar is a simple but slightly rundown 2star hotel.we stayed for 5 nights in january.you get what you played for.Pros:-- friendly receptionist- WiFi in the lobby- rooms cleaned daily.- rooms are equipped with a fridge,heater,stove,cutlery.-very close to the promenade and beach.-lots of shops and restaurants close by.Cons:- the rooms are very basic and slightly rundown-the water isn't very warm as we went in january it does get chilly in agadir so a hot bath is a must.- gets cold at night so you do have to close the bedroom doors and turn the heater on a couple hours before bedtime.Overall the hotel is a 2star but you get everything you need.the location is great with an pleasant view of the sea.so if you are on a budget then this place is a must.

European Style! Big spacious room (actually 2) with kitchen and 4 beds. 5 min walk to beach, beautiful clean, closed territory. Cleaning every day! Nice swimming pool. But no fun, no food and wi-fi only in lobby. Not overcrowded. Amazingly cheap and great quality for Morocco. Best place i stayed not only in Morocco, but in all Europe for my 2 month travel. I finally relaxed and felt safe and comfortable there after moroccan exotic. BUT NOTE! As usual in Morocco they will try to cheat you on payment - charge fee for credit card, fake exchange rate, so book prior, convert to dirhams and negotiate :))))
Dublin
Great Location - five minute walk to the beach with shops and bars. It was easy to get to the airport - about 20e for a taxi and anout 10 mins in a taxi to the bus station. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were fine - no major interactions with them. Great value for money.
Nailsworth
Good value for money. Food shop close by, 10 minutes to the beach. Could do with some renovation but it filled its purpose as a budget stay. The apartment was quite spacious and clean and as it wasn't busy so we had a good rest in there.
Agadir
The location was good, only a few minutes to the beach and city. The pool was clean and warm. The studio has 2 rooms, 4 beds and a kitchenette. The staff friendly. Bargain for the money if you want to spend it on other things.Mia Vahlström

Me and my husband went here two weeks ago. The hotel was otherwise okey, but the service was terrible! We had booked with venere.com, where they don't charge your credit card if you come to the hotel, you always pay at the hotel. Well, here they statet that we had already paid, and wouldn't accept payment! And we really hadn't allowed for venere to fraw money from our account if we come to the hotel! We stayed another night, with a different booking. For this booking they wanted to payment to be made in euros (in Marocco!!!). We had only Dirhams, so we paid with them. And we couldn't pay at the reception, they had to call a man who came to the hotel to collect the money! Like I said, the hotel is okey, the apartments are big and clean. But really, a hotel where you can't pay? Terrible!
Marrakech
I only stayed here one night with my girlfriend. The appartment was small but clean and is close to the beach. The downside was the rooms were pretty damp and we got a ground floor appartment which was gloomy and had a view of a wall and nowhere to sit outside. didnt sleep to well as there was a lot of noise from upstairs. we paid 30 euro for one night - we checked online and found a beautiful 4 star hotel for only 20 euro per night more so decided to move there instead. If you here out of season i would recommend checking a few booking sites - the 20 euro extra was definatly worth it!

The location is amazing, several and good restaurants to everyone tastes. Beach was less than 10 minutes walk, the pool was very good too and not too crowded.
